Contact Us
We read every message that comes in. Whether you have found a bug, spotted a mistake in one of our guides, want to suggest a game we should add, or have a question about privacy or advertising on the site, we would like to hear from you.
We aim to reply within two to three business days. Messages that are clearly automated or promotional will not receive a response.
Reporting a Bug
Bug reports are genuinely useful to us, and a good one saves a great deal of guesswork. If you can, please include:
- Which game you were playing, and which mode or difficulty
- What happened and what you expected to happen instead
- The steps to reproduce it, if you can trigger it again
- Your browser and device — for example "Safari on iPhone" or "Chrome on Windows 11"
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual
A note on lost progress: because game data is stored only in your own browser and never on our servers, we have no way to recover statistics, achievements or streaks that have been cleared. There is no backup on our end to restore from. Our About page explains why the site is built this way.
Corrections to Our Guides
If a strategy article, rule explanation or technique on this site is wrong or misleading, please tell us. Point us at the specific page and passage and explain what is incorrect. We would much rather fix an error than leave it standing, and we do not consider a correction an inconvenience.
Suggesting a Game
We are always considering what to build next. If there is a card game, puzzle or solitaire variant you would like to play here — FreeCell, Spider, Pyramid, Yukon, minesweeper, nonograms or something else entirely — send it along. Suggestions that come up repeatedly move up the list.
Privacy and Data Requests
To exercise a right under GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA — including access, deletion, correction or opting out of the sharing of personal information — email us using the address at the top of this page, with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Please note that because the site has no accounts and stores game data locally on your device, most data associated with your use of the site can be erased immediately by clearing your browser storage. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full picture.
Advertising and Business Enquiries
Advertising on this site is served through Google AdSense, and we do not sell placements directly. For other business enquiries, use the address at the top of this page with a clear subject line describing what you are proposing.
We do not accept paid guest posts, sponsored articles, or link insertions into our guides. Requests of this kind will not receive a reply.
Before You Write
A few questions come up often enough to answer here:
My statistics disappeared. Can you restore them?
Unfortunately not. Progress lives in your browser's local storage, so clearing browsing data, using private or incognito mode, or switching browsers or devices will reset it. We hold no server-side copy to restore from.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Install the site to your home screen or desktop and it will run as an app with no connection required.
Is the poker trainer real gambling?
No. It uses play money only. No real currency is wagered and nothing of monetary value can be won or withdrawn.
Do the games cost anything?
No. Everything on the site is free to play, with no accounts, subscriptions or paid features. The site is funded by advertising.
